Station 91 at 15094 Old Hammond Highway was completed in 1995.
- Four double-depth engine bays
- Office space including a dispatch/duty office, administrative offices, bunk room for night staffing and a combination kitchen/lounge
- 3 storage rooms for storing supplies and equipment.
- A large (40X40) training room available for use by the public.
- Office for EMS and a reserved bay for the ambulance.
Fire Facilities
Fire Facilities - live fire and rescue training building completed in 1999.
- All metal construction
- Approximately 3,500 square feet total on 3 "residential" floors plus an additional "commercial" tower complete with a stand-pipe system and sprinklers.
- 3 Separate burn areas: 1st floor, 2nd floor and attic to simulate fire extension, just as it would be in a real structure.Dedicated "confined space" areas including an elevator shaft
- Total cost to build was about $280,000 including site preparation work and erection costs.
- This facility is available to ANY public safety agency in the area at NO CHARGE for use in training (high-angle, confined space, live fire, etc.)
